At Amanotes, we have many portfolios, I'm a Product manager cum UI/UX for MEP (Music Entertainment Platform) what is an important project and strategic project of Amanotes in the future. The objective of the Platform is to let the users have fun & enjoy their favorite songs and beloved music/casual games. My responsibilities include:

Directly work with and report to the BO (Business Owner) for:

• Build and develop product strategies & roadmaps for the business
• Support the BO & other stakeholders (Marketing, Business Development) to make strategic/tactical decisions
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

Directly work with Product team for:

• Manage product team & UX/UI design team.
• Lead the product team to develop & monitor product roadmaps/releases/backlog
• Supervise & work with the development team to ensure the timeline & product quality
• Build & develop a talent product team. Improve team efficiency
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products & UX standards, industry trends, product development methodologies & best practices for the product team
• Analyze the market, business, and competitive landscape, understand industry trends to innovate ideas for the product
• Clearly articulate business value to the product team & cross-functional teams

Directly work with other stakeholders:

• Present product ideas and coordinate with Tech team to give optimal solutions
• Support to follow up and always make sure the features meet the requirements
• Work with Data team to provide data requirements for analysis to provide data information and user insight

North Star metric: Retention Goal is 44% at the end of 2021

Bigbom is The Pioneer of Blockchain Advertising Technology Company. My position is Lead UI/UX Designer, but more I worked as the Product Owner. Responsible for all product design of the company including:
- Bigbom Ads: Bigbom Ads is an innovative tool to automate and optimize online advertising campaigns.
- Bigbom Marketplace: Bigbom Marketplace is a virtual hub where advertisers, publishers, agencies, and content providers come together to connect.
- Bigbom Smart Contract: Bigbom Contract is a platform built on the Ethereum technology, which helps advertising enterprises minimize risks in doing business with their partners.
